WilsonView article (In Portuguese) AbstractThis article debates the issue of race questioning the invisibility of whiteness and interrogating white privilege through narrative inquiry. It describes the author’s teaching experience with students (a majority of them white) in teacher education and graduate programs. In these programs the author interrogates the privilege of being white through the use of narratives, subjective reports and shared journals. The method consists of making sense of the histories and experiences of the participants. The article ends with the analysis of a case, demonstrating the potentiality of the method.
