AbstractThis article aims at focusing on the GATS and its influence over state schools in England. The two first sections provide an overview of the GATS and the WTO. The third section deals with the implications and effects of these agreements to public schools. The conclusion is that every aspect of our lives is potentially open to capital invasion and that the commercial administration of our schools is an aspect of this.
